Instance IT Solutions was founded in 2013 by Chirag Gadhiya with a clear vision to build practical, result-driven technology solutions for businesses. During 2013–2016, the company focused on establishing a strong foundation by delivering websites, custom software, and basic business applications. These early years were about building trust, refining technical skills, and understanding real-world business challenges through hands-on client work.
Foundation & Early Growth
Instance IT Solutions was established in 2013 with a strong focus on delivering reliable IT services to small and mid-sized businesses. During this phase, the company worked primarily on website development, basic web applications, and custom software solutions, helping clients take their first steps into the digital space.
These years were dedicated to understanding client needs, improving development workflows, and building long-term relationships. The focus remained on quality delivery, technical learning, and creating practical solutions that solved everyday business problems.
Expansion of Capabilities
Between 2016 and 2019, Instance IT Solutions expanded its technical expertise and service offerings. The company began developing more advanced web applications, mobile apps, and customized business systems tailored to different industries.
This phase marked a shift toward structured project management, improved UI/UX design practices, and stronger backend architectures. Instance IT also started handling more complex projects, laying the groundwork for scalable and performance-driven solutions.
